Rent one of the FourWinds classrooms for hosting your own workshop

FourWinds has two rooms available for rental : the large room can seat upto 25 people, and the smaller room 16 people.

1. A non-refundable room booking/admin fee of $25.00 is charged for any room rental.
   
2. Additionally, the basic rent for:
   The large room is $25/hour
   The smaller room is $15/hour
   
3. An additional one hour's time is given and charged for (half hour before the class start time, and a half hour after the class start time, to allow for comings and goings ).
   
4. Full payment must be made no later than thirty days in advance.
   
5. A fully refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to cover any damages.
   The renter will be required to check off items on a sign-off sheet to make sure that various aspects have been attended to eg. doors to toilet area locked.
   
6. Cancellation with a thirty day notice will get a full refund (except for the booking fee).
   Cancellations in less than fourteen days will not be refunded.
   
7. If renters choose, FourWinds will list their class in the monthly FourWinds email newsletter for a fee of $50 for the first month, and $20 for each additional month.
   
8. In addition, if renters choose, we will put the class up on the FourWinds web site.
   The name will be on the home page, and the classes and courses page, and the class will also have its own page describing this particular class with up to three links to the teachers web site of choice.
   This will have an additional fee of $90.00 to create the pages, and a monthly fee of $15 thereafter.
   
9. Download the RENTERS AGREEMENT form here, and mail or fax with necessary payment to FourWinds.
