This is how Pat describes the class:
This is a series, with one class per month, so we have time to incorporate what we learn. You do not need to come to every class, and even if you can't come to the first one, you are still welcome at subsequent classes.
The class begins with understanding the spiritual hierarchy, then we spend time understanding each of the 7 main rays and the masters, angelic realm, etc. that are in charge of the ray. The information about the rays is extremely important as we move into the Golden Age. We talk about why we are ascending and what is expected of us in order to ascend. We also talk about Telos, a city within Mt. Shasta, and the advanced souls that live there. They are reaching out to us to help us as we move into the 5th dimension based on their experience. The group living in Telos formerly lived in Lemuria. They received permission to move into the earth to live when Lemuria went down and have existed there ever since.
Part of the class includes an ascension ceremony which involves going to an ascension chair and an elixir of sparkling apple juice. The purpose of the chair and elixir are explained at the time of the first ceremony.
Each participant takes their turn in the chair in prayer (for 3-5 minutes) while St. Germain works on raising their vibration. You can really feel the work being done while sitting in the chair. While one person is in the chair, the rest of the group supports that person with their own prayers and meditation. It is a very powerful time.
Once everyone has gone to the chair, we all receive the elixir which has been changed by St. Germain into a golden elixir to help us grow in love. The class and the ceremony are very beautiful! You can feel the presence of all of the beings in the room. The energy of the room is especially high during the time of the ceremony.
We usually meet once a month from 1-5 pm. Everyone brings a snack to pass around which we eat during the 1/2-hr social time before class and after so people are well grounded when they leave.

The current economic climate has woken us up in many ways, and especially to one of the major problems we face as a society -- the aging nature of our population.

Partnerships in Motion: A Renaissance in Aging (TM) is an educational program designed to help us explore aging -- in relation to ourselves, and our loved ones -- so that we can free ourselves to think creatively, with inspiration and excitement, about the future.

An Elder who is interested in enriching your own life and relationships
A Boomer who is intrigued by creating your own aging experience
A Person who has an aging parent or other loved one in your life
Or a person of any age who is enthusiastic about making apositive shift in the way our society perceives and experiences aging
Then Partnerships in Motion is for you.
In this uplifing group we will shift the paradigm of aging from decline and diminishment to inspiration, partnership and contribution by learning skills that allow us to live fully, release preconceptions about aging and extend into what brings joy. Partnership in Motion uses a fill and workbook curriculum to explore visionary questions including: "What makes a satisfying, rich, purposeful experience of older age, not only for the aging person, but for all those in relationship to them?"
The group will meet weekly for 5 Tuesdays, beginning July 21 at 7pm. The first session will be 2 hours and the other 4 sessions will be 1 hour each.

Asian Deities with Beth Ann Kennedy July 22
In July we will be meditating on Poseidon the Great Greek God of the Seas who possesses great power and teaches learning how to trst your own abilities.
Note: Each meditation is complete in itself. You do not have to come to every meeting and you can begin at any time.

This is for serious students who would like to develop their shamanic skills.
A Shaman is a person who can act as an agent of the material world, by crossing over to the spirit world to request information and assistance. This Shamanic Training will take you through the process of building your individual map of the spirit dimension, and your relationship with your spirit helpers and teachers, allowing you powerful access to the spirits when you wish to request their assistance for self and others.
This is the first weekend of training in a series that will span 3 years, 2 weekends per year. Follow up dates have not yet been scheduled.
About Neil Schapera: At last Neil has agreed to teach this training for FourWinds Academy! Neil trained with Michael Harner (The Way of the Shaman) and Sandra Ingerman (Soul Retrieval) in a 3-year, in depth training of Core Shamanism. Neil will systematically share this process to help others explore and develop their shamanic practice.

Too many people didn't understand the nature of our fabulous metaphysical fusion expo, and so we have changed the name to better reflect that this is an event for EVERYONE with metaphysical interests
In 2010 we will be offering 3 tracks of classes: Crystals, Shamanism and Energy Healing. We already have 3 fabulous new keynote classes planned to lead these tracks:
Naisha Ahsian, author of The Book of Stones, will be teaching about crystals
Barbara Starke, national Healing Touch teacher, will be teaching Healing Touch techniques, and ceu credits will be available for nurses and LMT's.
