Overview

A 16-month professional and technical training in core energy healing techniques.
Subjects include Intuition, Energy, Shamanism, Crystals and Channeling.

Intention

Upon certification, graduates will be able to give professional healing sessions with confidence
in their training and their skills.

Philosophy

In Energy Healing, as with subjects like Writing and Painting, there is no “right way.”
Our course is designed to cultivate “the inner healer in you” by providing a foundation of knowledge
and a vocabulary of technical skills.

Syllabus

We spend 16 months studying the Etheric Web, and the Anatomy of the Energy Field and the Energy Body.
The syllabus is organized into a chakra-by-chakra investigation, exploring each chakra and each layer of the aura.
Each weekend training includes experiential training and time to practice and develop energy healing skills.

Between the face-to-face weekend trainings we will hold webinars in which essential background knowledge
will be presented.

	Vivien has an M. A. Degree in Psychology and is a certified Teacher of the Alexander Technique. She developed a new technique of crystal healing -- Crystal Surgery. Vivien has also trained with Melody and Brian Weiss, and is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Vivien  is the author of 4 books, most notably, Everyday Magic (2002).Vivien is the founder and chair of FourWinds Academy.
	Francine has a traditional B.S. (Bus. Admin.) She is a Master/ Teacher of Reiki, Kolaimni, Crystal Energy and Medicine Wheel; Hypnotherapist (IACT); Free Soul Instructor and Counselor; Tarot and Palm Reader; Certified Ghosthunter; Minister and Spiritual Coach. Francine has been Secretary of the Board of FourWinds Academy for over 7 years and is the owner of Sea Angel Cruise and Inner Wellness Conferences.
	Neil has a B. Soc. Sci Honors in Psychology and is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique. He trained with Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman in Core Shamanic Studies, and has developed a Shamanic Training for FourWinds Academy. Neil is the administrator of FourWinds Academy, as well as a Board Member.
	Larry is a long-time student at FourWinds and has taught various classes including classes on using crystals and shamanic journeying. Larry is trained in energy and crystal healing and is a Board member of FourWinds Academy.
	Beth Ann is a medium, teacher, and healer. She has an MA in East Asian Art History from Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Beth is a long-time student at FourWinds and has taught various classes including Asian Deities and Ascended Masters. She is a Board member of FourWinds Academy..
	Bud is a mathematician, certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, and trained in energy and crystal healing and is a Board member of FourWinds Academy.

 

Class Times and Calendar

Face-to-face training will be held on a Friday night, Saturday and Sunday, approximately every second month,
for 16 months.

*Proposed Times:

Fridays: 6:30 - 9
Saturdays: 10 - 6
Sunday: 10 - 2

*Subject to review pending more information such as how many people are in the class.

Webinars will occur on a week night at about the mid-date between the face-to-face visits, 1.5 hours max.

-- what if I can’t attend all the classes?

We do have a system for making up missed classes. We will provide:

• A recording of key content
• Structured time for an overview of what was missed

We recommend: if you know you are going to miss a class/weekend, that you ask a fellow student to review and practice the material with you

Additional Option – Not Included in Tuition

You can also ask one of the Teaching Assistants to take you step-by-step through all the material missed.
You will probably be able to share the fee by teaming up with other students who need to make up the time.

We realize that everyone is going to miss approximately 2 weekends during the year – and that some will miss even more than that. Once the calendar is set, we ask that you do not abuse the make up policy by making new plans which will require you to miss class, if you have any choice in the matter.

Tuition – To be decided

The Healer Certification Program NY Total Tuition is projected to be in the range of $2,800 - $3,200. **

There will be 16 payments with the first payment due on enrollment, and 15 monthly payments due on the first of the month, beginning March 2012.

**The tuition will depend on the following factors that cannot presently be determined: Number of people in the class, travel costs. The current projection is based on 14 students and 2011 rates for travel.
