This workshop will combine group learning in walking, sitting or any activity of your choice. This is a particularly special opportunity for musicians and performers; and anyone who wants to develop in-depth understanding of the Alexander Technique and how to apply it in daily activities. An additional assisting teacher will provide individual "hands-on" experience during the sessions, as you observe a master at work and await your turn.

 

About Vivien: Vivien is a master teacher who has specialized in teaching the technique to musicians, and at colleges, throughout the world, for more than 30 years. Vivien will be visiting us from London .
