Bill Parravano is an Advanced Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner in the Louisville, Kentucky area.  He has been involved with Ortho-Bionomy since October of 1999.  He studied around the world and has been certified in both Europe and the United States.  Bill has been involved in Judo since 1990 and has been teaching since 1997, he is also a Certified Russian Martial Arts Instructor bringing about a unique understanding of the tension patterns the body holds.

Ortho-Bionomy is an Osteopathically based style of body work that addresses the tension patterns in the body. By using comfortable gentle body position Ortho-Bionomy engages the body's own self corrective reflexes allowing the body to easily let go of the tension it is holding onto.
